How are the Holiday eCards sent to my recipients?

Your recipients will receive an email which features your business logo and personalised message. If you prefer to send an Interactive eCard from our gallery, the recipient will click on a link in the email they receive allowing them to view the card by means of their web browser.

How do I incorporate my company logo in my eCards?

Just upload your business logo (GIF/ JPG or PNG) as well as your logo will be automatically displayed in any eCard design you choose to send. Its best to use a PNG with a transparent background since this will often look best. You might even include a hyperlink to your company website which will be clickable on your logo picture when recipients view the eCard.

What file-type can I use for my company logo?

What are 'eCard Credits'?

What are 'eCard Senders'?

In the event you use ekarda's application to blast your Holiday eCards - you will have the extra advantage of improved delivery rates (as opposed to manually sending messages in bulk). Yes you can indeed! You'll require a list of contacts with the name, email address and birthdate in distinct columns. Then login into your ekarda account and create a campaign. You can send birthday eCards to up-to 5000 recipients each campaign automatically matching the correct date for all contact.

Could I send my eCards at a specific date & time?

Yes - it is possible to schedule your campaigns ahead of time and be completely organised well ahead of the holiday season! We recommend that you beat the holiday rush and get your holiday campaign out in early December for the most effective open rates for your eCards.

What is the reply email for my eCard campaign?

You can decide on the 'from name' and 'reply email' address for each campaign you send. The 'from email' address is noreply@ekarda.com to ensure the best possible delivery charges for your campaigns. Other eCard systems allow you to edit the 'from email' address but this will cause roughly 30 percent of the eCards that you send out never reaching the recipient as the email will be detected as SPAM.

At ekarda we would like to ensure the best delivery rates possible for our clients.

We can arrange for a special 'from email' address however there is an additional cost and this also means that we'll need to work with your IT department to ensure that delivery rates aren't affected.

Do you provide reports on eCard opens and bounces for each campaign?

You can view reports on the campaigns that you send by checking your campaign reports page . Each campaign shows to whom it had been sent, opens and bounces.

How will I know if my credits run out or expire?

We'll notify you by email if your credits are near running out or expiring.

What happens to my campaigns in case my credits expire or operate out?

Your campaigns will be paused before you buy extra credits. You will then have the ability to restart your paused campaigns.
